Tafsir of verse (13) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَأَنَا اختَرتُكَ فَاستَمِع لِما يوحىٰ ﴾
And I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed [to you].
Tafsir of verse (14) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ إِنَّنى أَنَا اللَّهُ لا إِلٰهَ إِلّا أَنا۠ فَاعبُدنى وَأَقِمِ الصَّلوٰةَ لِذِكرى ﴾
Indeed, I am Allah. There is no deity except Me, so worship Me and establish prayer for My remembrance.
Tafsir of verse (15) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ إِنَّ السّاعَةَ ءاتِيَةٌ أَكادُ أُخفيها لِتُجزىٰ كُلُّ نَفسٍ بِما تَسعىٰ ﴾
Indeed, the Hour is coming – I almost conceal it – so that every soul may be recompensed according to that for which it strives.
Tafsir of verse (16) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ فَلا يَصُدَّنَّكَ عَنها مَن لا يُؤمِنُ بِها وَاتَّبَعَ هَوىٰهُ فَتَردىٰ ﴾
So do not let one avert you from it who does not believe in it and follows his desire, for you [then] would perish.
Tafsir of verse (17) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَما تِلكَ بِيَمينِكَ يٰموسىٰ ﴾
And what is that in your right hand, O Moses?"
Tafsir of verse (18) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ قالَ هِىَ عَصاىَ أَتَوَكَّؤُا۟ عَلَيها وَأَهُشُّ بِها عَلىٰ غَنَمى وَلِىَ فيها مَـٔارِبُ أُخرىٰ ﴾
He said, "It is my staff; I lean upon it, and I bring down leaves for my sheep and I have therein other uses."
Tafsir of verse (19) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ قالَ أَلقِها يٰموسىٰ ﴾
[Allah] said, "Throw it down, O Moses."
Tafsir of verse (20) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ فَأَلقىٰها فَإِذا هِىَ حَيَّةٌ تَسعىٰ ﴾
So he threw it down, and thereupon it was a snake, moving swiftly.
Tafsir of verse (21) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ قالَ خُذها وَلا تَخَف ۖ سَنُعيدُها سيرَتَهَا الأولىٰ ﴾
[Allah] said, "Seize it and fear not; We will return it to its former condition.
Tafsir of verse (22) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَاضمُم يَدَكَ إِلىٰ جَناحِكَ تَخرُج بَيضاءَ مِن غَيرِ سوءٍ ءايَةً أُخرىٰ ﴾
And draw in your hand to your side; it will come out white without disease – another sign.
Tafsir of verse (23) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ لِنُرِيَكَ مِن ءايٰتِنَا الكُبرَى ﴾
That We may show you [some] of Our greater signs.
Tafsir of verse (24) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ اذهَب إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ إِنَّهُ طَغىٰ ﴾
Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed [i.e., tyrannized]."
Tafsir of verse (25) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ قالَ رَبِّ اشرَح لى صَدرى ﴾
[Moses] said, "My Lord, expand [i.e., relax] for me my breast [with assurance].
Tafsir of verse (26) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَيَسِّر لى أَمرى ﴾
And ease for me my task.
Tafsir of verse (27) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَاحلُل عُقدَةً مِن لِسانى ﴾
And untie the knot from my tongue.
Tafsir of verse (28) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ يَفقَهوا قَولى ﴾
That they may understand my speech.
Tafsir of verse (29) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَاجعَل لى وَزيرًا مِن أَهلى ﴾
And appoint for me a minister [i.e., assistant] from my family.
Tafsir of verse (30) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ هٰرونَ أَخِى ﴾
Aaron, my brother.
Tafsir of verse (31) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ اشدُد بِهِ أَزرى ﴾
Increase through him my strength.
Tafsir of verse (32) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَأَشرِكهُ فى أَمرى ﴾
And let him share my task.
Tafsir of verse (33) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ كَى نُسَبِّحَكَ كَثيرًا ﴾
That we may exalt You much.
Tafsir of verse (34) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَنَذكُرَكَ كَثيرًا ﴾
And remember You much.
Tafsir of verse (35) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ إِنَّكَ كُنتَ بِنا بَصيرًا ﴾
Indeed, You are of us ever Seeing."
Tafsir of verse (36) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ قالَ قَد أوتيتَ سُؤلَكَ يٰموسىٰ ﴾
[Allah] said, "You have been granted your request, O Moses.
Tafsir of verse (37) from Surah Ta-Ha
﴿ وَلَقَد مَنَنّا عَلَيكَ مَرَّةً أُخرىٰ ﴾
And We had already conferred favor upon you another time.
