Tafsir of verse (84) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ وَما لَنا لا نُؤمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَما جاءَنا مِنَ الحَقِّ وَنَطمَعُ أَن يُدخِلَنا رَبُّنا مَعَ القَومِ الصّٰلِحينَ ﴾

And why should we not believe in Allah and what has come to us of the truth? And we aspire that our Lord will admit us [to Paradise] with the righteous people."

Tafsir of verse (85) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ فَأَثٰبَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِما قالوا جَنّٰتٍ تَجرى مِن تَحتِهَا الأَنهٰرُ خٰلِدينَ فيها ۚ وَذٰلِكَ جَزاءُ المُحسِنينَ ﴾

So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of doers of good.

Tafsir of verse (86) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا وَكَذَّبوا بِـٔايٰتِنا أُولٰئِكَ أَصحٰبُ الجَحيمِ ﴾

But those who disbelieved and denied Our signs – they are the companions of Hellfire.

Tafsir of verse (87) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا لا تُحَرِّموا طَيِّبٰتِ ما أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكُم وَلا تَعتَدوا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُحِبُّ المُعتَدينَ ﴾

O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.

Tafsir of verse (88) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ وَكُلوا مِمّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ حَلٰلًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذى أَنتُم بِهِ مُؤمِنونَ ﴾

And eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And fear Allah, in whom you are believers.

Tafsir of verse (89) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ لا يُؤاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغوِ فى أَيمٰنِكُم وَلٰكِن يُؤاخِذُكُم بِما عَقَّدتُمُ الأَيمٰنَ ۖ فَكَفّٰرَتُهُ إِطعامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسٰكينَ مِن أَوسَطِ ما تُطعِمونَ أَهليكُم أَو كِسوَتُهُم أَو تَحريرُ رَقَبَةٍ ۖ فَمَن لَم يَجِد فَصِيامُ ثَلٰثَةِ أَيّامٍ ۚ ذٰلِكَ كَفّٰرَةُ أَيمٰنِكُم إِذا حَلَفتُم ۚ وَاحفَظوا أَيمٰنَكُم ۚ كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُم ءايٰتِهِ لَعَلَّكُم تَشكُرونَ ﴾

Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own

Tafsir of verse (90) from Surah Al-Maidah

﴿ يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِنَّمَا الخَمرُ وَالمَيسِرُ وَالأَنصابُ وَالأَزلٰمُ رِجسٌ مِن عَمَلِ الشَّيطٰنِ فَاجتَنِبوهُ لَعَلَّكُم تُفلِحونَ ﴾

O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful.
