Tafsir of verse (28) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَإِمّا تُعرِضَنَّ عَنهُمُ ابتِغاءَ رَحمَةٍ مِن رَبِّكَ تَرجوها فَقُل لَهُم قَولًا مَيسورًا ﴾
And if you [must] turn away from them [i.e., the needy] awaiting mercy from your Lord which you expect, then speak to them a gentle word.
Tafsir of verse (29) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَجعَل يَدَكَ مَغلولَةً إِلىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلا تَبسُطها كُلَّ البَسطِ فَتَقعُدَ مَلومًا مَحسورًا ﴾
And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.
Tafsir of verse (30) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيَقدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كانَ بِعِبادِهِ خَبيرًا بَصيرًا ﴾
Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Aware and Seeing.
Tafsir of verse (31) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَقتُلوا أَولٰدَكُم خَشيَةَ إِملٰقٍ ۖ نَحنُ نَرزُقُهُم وَإِيّاكُم ۚ إِنَّ قَتلَهُم كانَ خِطـًٔا كَبيرًا ﴾
And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Indeed, their killing is ever a great sin.
Tafsir of verse (32) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَقرَبُوا الزِّنىٰ ۖ إِنَّهُ كانَ فٰحِشَةً وَساءَ سَبيلًا ﴾
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.
Tafsir of verse (33) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَقتُلُوا النَّفسَ الَّتى حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلّا بِالحَقِّ ۗ وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظلومًا فَقَد جَعَلنا لِوَلِيِّهِ سُلطٰنًا فَلا يُسرِف فِى القَتلِ ۖ إِنَّهُ كانَ مَنصورًا ﴾
And do not kill the soul [i.e., person] which Allah has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly – We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in [the matter of] taking life. Indeed, he has been supported [by the law
Tafsir of verse (34) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَقرَبوا مالَ اليَتيمِ إِلّا بِالَّتى هِىَ أَحسَنُ حَتّىٰ يَبلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۚ وَأَوفوا بِالعَهدِ ۖ إِنَّ العَهدَ كانَ مَسـٔولًا ﴾
nd do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned.
Tafsir of verse (35) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَأَوفُوا الكَيلَ إِذا كِلتُم وَزِنوا بِالقِسطاسِ المُستَقيمِ ۚ ذٰلِكَ خَيرٌ وَأَحسَنُ تَأويلًا ﴾
And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even [i.e., honest] balance. That is the best [way] and best in result.
Tafsir of verse (36) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَقفُ ما لَيسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلمٌ ۚ إِنَّ السَّمعَ وَالبَصَرَ وَالفُؤادَ كُلُّ أُولٰئِكَ كانَ عَنهُ مَسـٔولًا ﴾
And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart – about all those [one] will be questioned.
Tafsir of verse (37) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ وَلا تَمشِ فِى الأَرضِ مَرَحًا ۖ إِنَّكَ لَن تَخرِقَ الأَرضَ وَلَن تَبلُغَ الجِبالَ طولًا ﴾
And do not walk upon the earth exultantly. Indeed, you will never tear the earth [apart], and you will never reach the mountains in height.
Tafsir of verse (38) from Surah Al-Isra
﴿ كُلُّ ذٰلِكَ كانَ سَيِّئُهُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ مَكروهًا ﴾
All that [i.e., the aforementioned] – its evil is ever, in the sight of your Lord, detested.
