Tafsir of verse (103) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ فَلَمّا أَسلَما وَتَلَّهُ لِلجَبينِ ﴾
And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead.
Tafsir of verse (104) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَنٰدَينٰهُ أَن يٰإِبرٰهيمُ ﴾
We called to him, "O Abraham,
Tafsir of verse (105) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ قَد صَدَّقتَ الرُّءيا ۚ إِنّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجزِى المُحسِنينَ ﴾
You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
Tafsir of verse (106) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ إِنَّ هٰذا لَهُوَ البَلٰؤُا۟ المُبينُ ﴾
Indeed, this was the clear trial.
Tafsir of verse (107) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَفَدَينٰهُ بِذِبحٍ عَظيمٍ ﴾
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
Tafsir of verse (108) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَتَرَكنا عَلَيهِ فِى الءاخِرينَ ﴾
And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations.
Tafsir of verse (109) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ سَلٰمٌ عَلىٰ إِبرٰهيمَ ﴾
"Peace upon Abraham."
Tafsir of verse (110) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ كَذٰلِكَ نَجزِى المُحسِنينَ ﴾
Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
Tafsir of verse (111) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ إِنَّهُ مِن عِبادِنَا المُؤمِنينَ ﴾
Indeed, he was of Our believing servants.
Tafsir of verse (112) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَبَشَّرنٰهُ بِإِسحٰقَ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الصّٰلِحينَ ﴾
And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous.
Tafsir of verse (113) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَبٰرَكنا عَلَيهِ وَعَلىٰ إِسحٰقَ ۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِما مُحسِنٌ وَظالِمٌ لِنَفسِهِ مُبينٌ ﴾
And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself [i.e., sinner].
Tafsir of verse (114) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَلَقَد مَنَنّا عَلىٰ موسىٰ وَهٰرونَ ﴾
And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron.
Tafsir of verse (115) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَنَجَّينٰهُما وَقَومَهُما مِنَ الكَربِ العَظيمِ ﴾
And We saved them and their people from the great affliction.
Tafsir of verse (116) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَنَصَرنٰهُم فَكانوا هُمُ الغٰلِبينَ ﴾
And We supported them so it was they who overcame.
Tafsir of verse (117) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَءاتَينٰهُمَا الكِتٰبَ المُستَبينَ ﴾
And We gave them the explicit Scripture [i.e., the Torah].
Tafsir of verse (118) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَهَدَينٰهُمَا الصِّرٰطَ المُستَقيمَ ﴾
And We guided them on the straight path.
Tafsir of verse (119) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَتَرَكنا عَلَيهِما فِى الءاخِرينَ ﴾
And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations.
Tafsir of verse (120) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ سَلٰمٌ عَلىٰ موسىٰ وَهٰرونَ ﴾
"Peace upon Moses and Aaron."
Tafsir of verse (121) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ إِنّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجزِى المُحسِنينَ ﴾
Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

﴿ إِنَّهُما مِن عِبادِنَا المُؤمِنينَ ﴾
Indeed, they were of Our believing servants.
Tafsir of verse (123) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ وَإِنَّ إِلياسَ لَمِنَ المُرسَلينَ ﴾
And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers.
Tafsir of verse (124) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ إِذ قالَ لِقَومِهِ أَلا تَتَّقونَ ﴾
When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah?
Tafsir of verse (125) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ أَتَدعونَ بَعلًا وَتَذَرونَ أَحسَنَ الخٰلِقينَ ﴾
Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators.
Tafsir of verse (126) from Surah As-Saffat
﴿ اللَّهَ رَبَّكُم وَرَبَّ ءابائِكُمُ الأَوَّلينَ ﴾
Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?"
